For fast Chinese there are better options. Them not allowing you to come inside feels like a Covid restriction. Even if you can’t eat inside, let customers come inside to pay. I’m just an average joe but if you Stokesdale residents want some better fast Chinese, head over to Peking Wok in Summerfield.

Always Very, very, slow. Usually over an hour. Still using a window at the front door from Covid. This makes every transaction a long walk across the restaurant to check or check out. Definitely my last time here!

Excellent food... But terrible customer service and timeliness. Payments and (very minimal) engagements are conducted through a tiny opening in a make-shift wooden door. Orders typically take 45 min+ to make and package so be prepared to stand outside and wait. If ordering ahead, call in for priority.

This place used to be awesome. Not anymore….the last 4 times I have been there customer service is terrible. Placed my order online and received a 30 min wait time. My husband went to pick up and it took another 30 minutes. Food was luke warm and egg roll was cold in the middle. It is impossible to communicate with anyone as you have to speak thru a small opening indoor and plexiglass.

Great food, terrible service. Wait is always AT LEAST 20 minutes longer than the stated pickup time and they could care less. Never an apology or discount if I’m here 30-45 minutes waiting in the cold. Time to find a new restaurant.

This food is so good bro. Not gonna lie, they a little pricey. But the quality of the food makes up for it and it’s ALWAYS nice and hot. My faves are the fried chicken wings w/ vegetable lo mein and garlic sauce on the side. Even the da** sauce was smoking hot. The Vegetable Mei Fun is pretty good too. Vegetables nice and fresh every time DEFINITELY call to order ahead of time or order online to avoid the cooking wait. It’ll be worth the wait though

TLDR, don't bother So, we thought the last experience may have been an outlier so we tried again only to get the same experience. You'll order and get an estimate. You'll show up at that estimate only to find a door blocked off with nobody there. Eventually someone will quietly ask for a name through the credit card slot only to disappear without asking for payment or giving any ETA. Eventually, usually double whatever the original estimate was, they'll show up, ask for payment, and then give you the food. If ANYTHING is wrong, give up all hope of getting it fixed or any kind of adjustment. Both times we were here, there were about four to eight people in the same boat. Don't chance it.
